Skates and Safety Pads

We will provide skates and safety pads - wrist pads, elbow pads and knee pads.

But, if you do want to wear your own pads, it's best for the person intending to wear them to try them on to get the best fit.

Sports Direct sell pads for £9,99 in various sizes. These pads are based on american children, so are a more generous fit!

Decathlon sports shops also do pads for a similar price but are based on european children, so are smaller in dimensions.

You can buy pads elsewhere but these pads have passed the continual use test. Skatestation also have a large selection.

Please don't rush out and buy skates as we have plenty and it gives the user a chance to try out different types before buying and find the brand that is best suited to them.

Important Notice:

Anyone skating does so at their own risk. Safety pads are always offered free of charge to help protect skaters and avoid injury. DiscoSkate operate with liability insurance cover.
